Dr. Masoud Azizad: One of Many Successful New York Medical College Graduates

Founded in 1860 by New York City’s civic leaders, New York Medical College has produced superior physicians for more than 150 years. After graduating with honors from the University of California, Irvine, Dr. Masoud Azizad was accepted to the New York Medical College in Valhalla in 1995. Graduating in 1999, Dr. Masoud Azizad was one of fewer than 200 students accepted into the School of Medicine program. Competition for admission is highly competitive, with students representing some of the best and brightest from colleges and universities across the country. The prestigious university traces its roots back to the school’s founding in 1860, when it was established in New York City. The modern main campus, now located in Valhalla, provides a first-rate education in the health and medical sciences. From 2008 to 2010, Dr. Masoud Azizad operated as the Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Northridge Hospital Medical Center.
